Nowadays, there is no escaping "Gangnam Style," the meteoric dance craze imported from South Korea. As performed by rapper Psy, it's been showcased on Today, Ellen and Saturday Night Live, among other major outlets. The song has now also topped the iTunes chart.
Apart from the catchy tune and quirky moves, how can we explain the incredible global response to "Gangnam Style," a song that's almost entirely in Korean? More importantly, what are the takeaways that companies can apply to their brands and products?

[I] bumped my head on the door frame on exit unclasping the latch on the box. The camera popped out on exit at 12.500 and fell straight down onto the landing area at the DZ and was recovered by a fellow skydiver. It even caught our landings. Not one scratch on the body or lens. Still can't believe that I got it back and that it is totally fine. A buddy the same day who is one of our camera flyers had the same thing happen but with his SLR....not the same result. I'm definitely a gopro fan for life these little guys are bomb proof.

I never thought I’d be a publisher. But my new online magazine is developing a following, and I think that’s due in large part to the skills and resources I developed as a photographer: an appreciation for quality content, an ability to motivate freelancers, a social media following and a clear understanding of editing. I now look at life and the people in it in terms of the beautiful stories that are out there and ready to be shared — through words as well as images.

"I can’t imagine someone being able to watch every keystroke as I write a post like this, but author Silvia Hartmann is writing a novel, and is welcoming you to watch her progress. Live and in real-time.
Using a public Google Document, Hartmann is typing away on “The Dragon Lords”, and the whole idea absolutely fascinates me. It’s unlikely that I’ll sit at my computer and watch her type, but I’ll probably check in from time to time on how she’s doing."
